On the Rebound 1 presented by Justine and Keith McFarlane is a 40 minute DVD which includes instruction and a 40 minute workout divided into 3 sections:

Warm up (or beginners)
– Aerobic
– Strength training

On the Rebound 2 presented by Justine and Keith McFarlane is a 40 minute DVD which includes instruction and a 40 minute workout divided into 3 sections:
– Rebound Conditioning
– Intermediate Aerobic
– Intermediate Resistance (includes Belly Bounce)

These can be done as individual Sessions (10 – 14 minutes) or used together for a full 40 minute session. Both DVDs include the 4 minute lymph-pat down.

DELIVERY: No charge when ordered with a Rebounder refer to special package offer for books and DVD’s. If purchased separately – post office insured delivery for up to 3 books or DVD’s is R50.
