Your use of this website is subject to the following terms & conditions:
Any person who accesses this Website, relies on this website or on the information contained therein, or purchases any products available from this website, or any other means from The Rei-Flexology Healing Academy Trading as ReboundSA (Referred to herein as ReboundSA), it`s employee`s, agent`s or representative`s by any other means, does so at his or her own risk.
While ReboundSA takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the contents of this Website are accurate and complete and that all products are of a good standard and quality, ReboundSA cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any harm, damage or serious or fatal injury that may be the direct or indirect result of using any information, service or product offered, obtained from or sold by ReboundSA.
2.NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Information contained in this website is in no way meant to diagnose or replace ANY medical treatment or advice whatsoever. Always consult your registered medical professional before embarking on any exercise program, including rebounding.
3a) The optional delivery methods available from ReboundSA are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers, and although ReboundSA takes all reasonable measures to ensure that delivery is made within the time frames stated on the website, ReboundSA cannot be held responsible if delays occur due to reasons out of their control, ie environmental, political, mechanical, digital etc.
3b) Orders are only shipped/released once ReboundSA has received and verified payment in full.
3c) Please contact ReboundSA for quotes or to make arrangements for multiple orders to the same address.
3d) Customers can personally collect their goods from ReboundSA in Glenvista but need to confirm a date and time beforehand.
3e) If customers own courier is preferred, please ask courier to call beforehand to ensure parcel is ready and that someone will be available to assist and dispatch when the courier collects.
3f) ReboundSA cannot be held responsible for orders not being delivered due incorrect delivery or contact details provided by the customer. Please ensure that your contact details are correct.
3g) Special Arrangements: should you have special delivery requirements, ie overnight or over weekends, please contact ReboundSA for a quote as our 3rd party courier prices increase when there are special arrangements made.
Should the user not be 100% happy with their ReboundSA purchase, it must be returned to ReboundSA within 14 days after receipt (signed delivery from a courier or invoice date if collected from ReboundSA) for a full refund of the product. This refund excludes any courier or delivery costs which must be paid for by the user. The guarantee (see REBOUNDER GUARANTEE POLICY below) outlines information and procedures for returns, faults and replacement parts.
5a) All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to stock availability and R/$ exchange rate.
5b) All prices on the ReboundSA website include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
5c) All prices exclude optional shipping. 5d) All goods remain the property of ReboundSA until paid for in full.
6.REFUSAL OF SALE OF GOODS
ReboundSA reserves the right to refuse sale of goods to any individual, group, company or organisation should ReboundSA become aware of any issue or reason they deem it reasonably necessary to do so.
7.INTENDED USE & USER MANUAL
All products purchased from ReboundSA must be used in the correct manner for which it is intended. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure familiarity with the product and to read and become familiar with all safety, set up, storage, use, care and maintenance instructions in the ReboundSA User manual that in included in the box. If for an unlikely reason the manual is not included – please contact ReboundSA before set-up and use, and a manual will be dispatched to you immediately (the manual can be posted or sent digitally).
By using any product, you and those who you permit to use same, and in so doing who you warrant that you are authorized to represent (collectively referred to as “your users”) agree that ReboundSA (and each of its directors, employees, agents and/or other lawful representatives, collectively referred to as ReboundSA) shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage), whether to a person or property (moveable and/or immovable property), of any nature and from any cause and howsoever arising, suffered or incurred by you/ or your group.
You and your group further agree to indemnify ReboundSA against and waive any rights of any nature which you and/or your group may have against ReboundSA in respect of any injury, loss or damage which you and/or your group may sustain in connection with, or arising out of, the use of this product despite the fact that it may have been occasioned by any negligent (including grossly
negligent) act or omission on the part of ReboundSA. Insofar as any portion of this indemnity is not enforceable, it should be regarded as severable from the remainder hereof and does not affect the remainder of the document.
9.REBOUNDSA MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with our units – we will refund the full cost of the unit if re-packed correctly in it’s original packaging and returned (or dispatched) to ReboundSA in a new and unused condition – within 7 days of your documented receipt of the unit.
Any and all delivery costs incurred to send and return the goods must be paid for by the consumer. This refund excludes any and all courier postage costs (for receiving and returning) – and refunds will not be given if the unit has been accidentally or deliberately damaged or amended in any way whatsoever by the consumer.
10.REBOUNDER GUARANTEE POLICY
The following procedures are in place in the unlikely event of you receiving a unit which has manufacturer faults:
10a) If any manufacture fault/s are reported within 14 days of purchase.
ReboundSA will replace any faulty rebounder parts for no extra charge. If there are no parts available for replacement, ReboundSA will replace the entire unit. If the products were couriered or posted via post office to the consumer within the borders of South Africa, spares or replacements will be dispatched in the same way and delivery costs will be covered by ReboundSA. If consumers are outside the borders of SA, the consumer must cover all postage/courier costs incurred. If the goods were collected from ReboundSA premises in JHB, the parts must be collected from ReboundSA JHB.
NOTE: If an exchange of units is requested for any reasons other than manufacture faults of the unit – then ALL insured courier or postage costs (to return the unit and to receive another unit) must be covered by the consumer.
10b) If any fault/s are reported and/or dispatched/returned to ReboundSA sfter 14 days but within 6 months of date of receipt of purchase – ReboundSA will replace faulty rebounder parts*** free of charge. Any postage/courier costs to send and receive replacement parts must be covered by the consumer. (Please see # points below).
*** any damage to the spring cover will not be covered after 14 days of purchase
10c) For any faults reported over 180 days (6 months) from purchase
Mats, skirts, rubber shoes and springs are available at wholesale prices.
#1 Any goods being returned must be folded correctly and packaged in their original (or very similar) packaging.
#2 Any goods being returned must be sent insured post via the Post office or via a ReboundSA agreed courier and be covered by the consumer
#3 If purchased outside of SA – all postage costs for all any replacements must be covered by the consumer to ReboundSA, and when applicable, outgoing post will only be covered by ReboundSA to within the borders of South Africa.
#4 PLEASE NOTE – any refund or replacement under our guarantee is nullified if the unit has been used, stored or transported incorrectly (all relevant care information is available in the unit’s accompanying manual or by request from ReboundSA; if you are uncertain), or accidentally/deliberately damaged or amended by the consumer or whether the unit was used for a heavier weight than recommended by ReboundSA
*** The skirt/spring cover is not covered in this warranty as damage only occurs from misuse. Bouncing on this fabric will cause damage as it is NOT meant to be bounced or stood on. Please check your spring cover on receipt of your unit as the skirt/spring cover will only be replaced free of charge within 14 days of documented receipt of unit.
NOTE Activation of the ReboundSA guarantee must be accompanied by an original receipt/ invoice in the name of the claimant and any delivery collection receipts/waybills if posted/couriered.
11.ACCEPTANCE & TERMS
ReboundSA permits the use of this Website subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using this website and/or transacting with ReboundSA in any way, The User shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions unconditionally. The User must not use this Website, purchase, loan or use any of ReboundSA products, or transact with ReboundSA in any way or form if he/she does not agree to the Terms and Conditions.
12.OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
The contents of this Website, including any information, software, icons, text, graphics, lay-outs, images, sound clips, trade names, logos, trademarks and service marks are protected by law, including but not limited to copyright and trademark law and are owned by, licensed or agreed to be used by ReboundSA
No licence to or right in any of such contents is granted to or conferred upon the User. Any unauthorised use, distribution or reproduction of the said contents is prohibited. This Website may contain links or references to other websites (Third Party Websites) outside of our control. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to those Third Party Websites and ReboundSA is not responsible for the practices and/or privacy policies of those Third Party Websites.
Notwithstanding the fact that this website may refer to or provide links to third party websites, your use of such Third Party Websites is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss, expense, claim or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of such Third Party Websites or your reliance on any information contained thereon.

• Discounted/wholesale orders can only be paid for via Direct Bank Deposit, EFT or Cash. (Not Credit Card or Debit Card.)
• TDSA does not accept cheques or any other forms of payment other than the abovementioned.
15.SHIPPING & COLLECTIONS
ReboundSa of the following shipping options within the Republic of South Africa:
15a) Collection/Own Courier: Customers may select this option should he/she choose to collect or have their Goods collected from the ReboundSA premises in Glenvista, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
15b)A general price guideline for one Rebounder (plus optional book and DVD) is:
1. JHB courier delivery (click on map to view areas) R80 (1 – 2 days)
2. PTA courier delivery (click on map to view areas) R90 (1 – 2 days)
3. Cape Town courier delivery R130 (3 – 4 days)
4. Other National City’s (East London, PE, Bloemfontein etc) R130 (3 – 4 working days)
5. South Coast (along the coast from Port Edward right up to Ezikhaleni – and inwards from Durban to Pietermaritzburg to Howick) R120 (2 – 3 days)
6. Gauteng Surrounding (Klerksdorp, Middelburg, Rustenburg and Sasolburg) R120 (2 – 3 days)
